Grand Venetian is a 25-story luxury condominium at 10 Venetian Way on Belle Isle (Venetian Islands), designed by Kobi Karp and completed in the early 2000s. The association engaged TISW CORP to modernize exterior openings with Miami-Dade compliant impact systems while preserving panoramic Biscayne Bay and skyline views.
