The Palace is a 21-story oceanfront condominium at 10101 Collins Ave in Bal Harbour, completed in 1994. The association engaged TISW CORP to modernize exterior openings—impact windows and large-format sliding glass doors—while preserving panoramic Atlantic views and meeting Miami-Dade impact and water-infiltration performance requirements.
